DO YOU OFFER SESSIONS FOR FIRST TIMERS?

Our Try Pole! sessions are designed for Absolute Beginners, those returning from a long break and anyone who has gyrated on a lamppost at 3am on a Sunday morning.

Taught in a supportive, welcoming environment our top class instructors will teach you from scratch how to move and spin around the pole.  You can find upcoming Try Pole sessions here.

DO YOU OFFER STUDIO HIRE?

Our Studio is available for hire for a starting rate of £60. Please email info@venuspolelondon.com with your enquiry. More details. 
 

DO YOU RUN PRACTICE TIME?

Practice Time is available for both pole and aerial. Available slots are published on the Sunday of the preceeding week to work around classes, privates and hires. For Aerial practice times we can provide; Flying Pole (Silicon), Aerial Hoop, Straps. You can rig your own equipment pending a safety check.

WHAT LEVEL AM I?

Generally we separate levels as follows:

Pole
Beginner - Currently or previously attending Beginners Course
Improver - Comfortable climbing & performing fundamental spins
Intermediate - Comfortable inverting from standing, can hold outside/inside leg hang

Advanced - Can aerial invert, comfortable shoulder mount, perform hands only moves

Aerial
Beginner - Little or no experience in the apparatus
Intermediate - Experience of the apparatus, comfortable holding body weight as required
Advanced - Detailed experience of the apparatus, ready to try Boss Moves

DO YOU OFFER 1:1s?

1:1 Private sessions are booked directly through your instructor of choice. 
We also offer discounted studio hire to qualified instructors not currently on staff wishing to run 1:1s.

CAN I DROP IN TO A COURSE?
Weeks 2-6 of our courses are available for Drop In if there is a space available. This is designed for students who have previously attended the same level of course or training at this level. To book please click on date of the course you wish to book via TeamUp.
