Pole Dance builds strength, clears your mind, puts you in touch with your body and is amazing fun. Taught in a supportive, welcoming environment our top class instructors will teach you from scratch how to move and spin around the pole.

8 Week Courses
From Beginner to Advanced we offer courses to help you progressively learn.
Each week you will learn new tricks, recap the week previous and learn choreography to be danced in week 8.
A great way to make pole friends as you acheive together each session.

Static & Spinning
Pole Combos
Learn and Link Tricks.
We offer Drop In style classes in both static and spinning pole in which you will learn new shapes and build them together in to a combination. Levels from Improver to Advanced, check descriptions when booking for necessary skills.

Pole Heels
From Beginner to Advanced we run heels classes in both technique and choreography to have you strutting, pirouetting and clacking.

Choreography
Across a range of styles from Slink to Bombastic and catering for all levels we offer Pole Choreography classes using tricks, base and floorwork.
Build your musicality and performance style with guidance from our stage expert instructors.

Queer Pole
Led by Queer Instructors this session is for those identifying as LGBTQ+. A place to learn, practice and finesse your pole work within a supportive community. All Levels of pole experience from never poled before to advanced welcome.

Flexibility
Dreaming of Rainbow Marchenko? Or you would settle just for the Splits? Regardless of your current flexibility level, this session will help you deepen your range of motion and find space in your body to acheive beautiful shapes in your pole, aerial or floor work.

Yoga
Our beautiful Sunlit studio is perfect for nourishing your body and mind during a yoga session.

Handstands
Turn your world upside down.
Our circus professional instructors will teach you the key elements of a successful handstand, including proper alignment, core engagement, wrist strength, and shoulder mobility. You'll practice a series of exercises and progressions tailored to your skill level, helping you build the foundation needed to achieve a stable and controlled handstand.
