Sarah Gallo
Sarah G is a performer and instructor based in Italy, pole dancing since 2012 & wore her first (pink!) pair of heels in 2016. She teaches at Phoenix Pole Dance in Napoli and also offers online classes and workshops for studios across Europe and South America.
In her classes, she focuses on clean lines, smooth flow, and real expression—always guided by her philosophy: make it look enjoyable.
Her goal is to help you move in a way that feels as good as it looks ✨

Emma Polerina
Emma (@emma_polerina) is a professional pole dancer, Instructor and studio owner based in Dundee, Scotland.
After discovering pole during her time at university, pole quickly became her passion and she soon took the leap to open her own studio and online platform.
Emma is best known for her dynamic movements and is drawn to powerful elements such as kips, power spins and flips. Her true joy is linking these explosive tricks with moments of fluidity through heel technique and precision.
On the stage, Emma is all smiles and high energy. You can see this in her teaching style, Emma’s priority is to create a fun and supportive teaching environment where students feel safe to be themselves, have a laugh and learn A LOT!
